AES Aseptic Systems

AES provides systems which are pre-assembled onto skids or systems supplied as individual components to be field installed.The systems utilize AES components such as the MultiCoil™, Gentle Flow™ pump, and high pressure fittings as the primary items. Other conventional items available by name manufacturers are incorporated. These include aseptic tanks, triplex pumps, centrifugal pumps, fittings, valves, and controls.The systems are designed and the operations specified by AES Corporation. All components are purchased and the systems fabricated per AES designs on skids, or identified through equipment layouts and piping diagrams for field installed systems.

Each system is supplied with a P&ID, material list with specifications, and operating and maintenance instructions. All supplementary information, including instruction manuals and parts lists, drawings, and other information is assembled and provided.Systems are used in conjunction with aseptic packaging units such as the Dole Aseptic Canning Systems, LiquiBox Aseptic Bag-and-Box system, Inpaco pouch system, Scholle Bag-in-Box system, or Tetra Pak Brik system. Systems have been designed and installed for capacities ranging from 10 gpm to 125 gpm.

Products containing particles such as soups and stews can be processed. Packaging can either be by FDA LACF approved fillers with the processing system also complying with FDA requirements, PMO requirements, or other specifications. Where applicable, safety specifications and standards such as ASME are followed and equipment is coded. Shown is a system including the MultiCoil heat exchangers used for processing dairy products. The system is skid-mounted and includes pre-piping and wiring of all components.
